After a banking career of almost 20 years, in 1980 I got my Real Estate License. I was very lucky to begin my career with Darrell Kent Real Estate in Toronto's Cabbagetown. Darrell had a vision, exceptional people skills and an uncanny ability to motivate, mentor, and nurture his agents. Unfortunately he passed away in 1986 but left all of us who knew him with a sound knowledge of the business and a work ethic second to none.
My career continued with Re/Max and Sutton Group and during that time I also taught the Real Estate Licensing course and was a member of the Appraisal Institute of Ontario.
In 1993 I moved to Thornbury to escape the rat race. Best move I've ever made. While the area has seem significant development the past 8 or 9 years it is still an area with friendly people, small communities and awe inspiring beauty. Skiing, hiking, Georgian Bay, golf.....we've got it all....12 months a year.
Whether looking for a full time or part time home, farm or condo I can help. Living here on any level is the best move you will ever make.
